The number of weeks is the line to get right.
Who prints this
Anyone starting a training block, and anyone who has abandoned one because the plan lived in an app that stopped getting opened.
The field that decides whether it works
The number of weeks. A split with no end drifts; one with six weeks written on it gets finished and then reviewed.
Why it is laid out this way
Days across and sessions down, so the rest days are as visible as the training days and a split that is quietly six sessions a week gives itself away. A block at the bottom asks what this block is for, because a split that cannot answer that is a timetable rather than a plan.
What is on the sheet
3 sections, in this order: Block starts, Weeks; a table; What this block is for. Set the row height anywhere between 6 and 14 mm across its 10 ruled rows, put your own heading at the top, and find the workout split alongside 3 other forms on the fitness trackers page.
