Attendance Template
A month of circles to fill in, because consistency is far easier to see than to remember.
Four steps
How to print a attendance
- 1
Start from this form
Opens on the attendance: Month, Aim a week, Fill one for each session, What got in the way, and what to change and the rest.
- 2
Put your own heading on it
Replace "Gym Attendance" with a name, a business or a date range.
- 3
Set the row height
5 rows at 6 mm fits more in; 14 mm suits a form filled in by hand.
- 4
Print or save as PDF
The aim for each week, at the top is the line to get right.
Who prints this
Anyone whose difficulty is turning up rather than knowing what to do once there.
The field that decides whether it works
The aim for each week, at the top. Without it the row of circles is a record; with it, it is a target you are either meeting or not.
Why it is laid out this way
There are no dates against the circles, and that is deliberate. A grid of named days turns a missed Tuesday into a visible failure, and what stops people is a missed week becoming a reason to abandon the sheet entirely. The bottom block asks what got in the way, which is the only part that changes anything.
What is on the sheet
3 sections, in this order: Month, Aim a week; Fill one for each session; What got in the way, and what to change. Set the row height anywhere between 6 and 14 mm across its 5 ruled rows, put your own heading at the top, and find the attendance alongside 3 other forms on the fitness trackers page.
