What decides this list
Half of this list is not packing at all, it is the vehicle. Hoses, cables, levelling blocks and tank chemicals are things a tent camper never thinks about and an RV cannot manage without, so they sit at the top rather than buried under the bedding.
The thing most often left behind
The water pressure regulator and a spare hose washer. Both are small, both live with the vehicle rather than the camping kit, and one missing washer means a wet locker.
A habit worth having
Run the departure half of the list as a walk-round, in order, ending at the hitch. Most of what goes wrong on an RV trip is something left connected or unlocked, and a walk-round catches it in the order you meet it.
