About these vehicle coloring pages

Vehicles colour well because they are mostly large flat panels, which is exactly what a child with a thick felt tip wants. The fire truck, tractor and digger are the three most asked for, and each is drawn with wheels, windows and body panels as separate closed regions so they can be coloured differently.

The full colouring page tool has every set together, along with mandala patterns and a converter that turns your own photo into outlines. For younger children the name tracing worksheet and the maze generator build the same pencil control.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, and there is no sign-up, no email and no watermark you cannot remove. Print as many as you like, for a class, a party or a shop, and switch off the small site stamp in the controls if you would rather it were not there.

Yes. Every picture on this site was drawn for it as vector line art, not traced from a photograph and not licensed from a clip-art pack. That matters if you are printing for a school fair or including them in something you sell: there is no third-party licence underneath them.

Yes. Four puts the same picture four times on one sheet, which is what a party pack or a busy bag wants. Whole set prints every picture in this group as a contact sheet, six to a page.

Thicker for younger children. A bold outline is easier to stay inside and survives being coloured over, whereas a thin line disappears under a crayon. Around 1.5 mm suits toddlers, the 1.1 mm default suits primary age, and below 0.8 mm suits older children shading with pencils.

Yes. Every page is pure vector outline with no grey fill, so it stays crisp at any size and uses very little ink. Slightly heavier paper stops felt tips bleeding through.
