Printing a full-year set
Open each month, set your preferences once, and print. Landscape gives each date box more width for writing; portrait fits better in a binder. If you plan to punch the sheets, increase the page margin before printing so the holes do not clip the grid.
Print at 100% scale with “Fit to page” switched off — the calendar is drawn as vector geometry in millimetres, so at true scale the boxes come out exactly as previewed.
Beyond the calendar
A monthly calendar holds fixed commitments well but is a poor place to plan work.
